Victory Real Estate Group Launches New Project in Saginaw: Victory Shops At Saginaw

The City of Saginaw and Victory RealEstate Group is making plans to ensure that the increased traffic from VictoryShops at Saginaw will be successfully managed without traffic issues. Animproved and widened 4-lane extension of McElroy Road is being implementedthrough the development, in addition to other public road improvements such asnew 4-lane median bound roads connecting Western Center & Blue Mounddirectly. These changes are intended to help better accommodate the new influxof drivers. The city has also taken into consideration other key factors, likehow often these roads will need to be maintained and their ability to meetcurrent traffic demand. They have even considered the possibility of futuregrowth in the region and worked with local government agencies on how Saginawshould move forward and how to create better connected communities for itsresidents.

The Saginaw Independent School District is preparing to absorb the growth that the Victory Shops at Saginaw development will bring to the area. To accommodate an influx of students, they have purchased additional property adjacent to the development site for the construction of a new elementary and middle school. The district is following all state regulations and requirements to ensure that these new facilities will meet educational standards set forth by the State Board of Education.

The Victory RealEstate Group is committed to community revitalization, social awareness and sustainability when they create developments such as the Victory Shops At Saginaw. Their development includes green spaces, energy-efficient buildings and over five acres of park areas with 1.5-acre parks perfect for leisurely getaways and 0.5-acre dog parks with all the necessary amenities. Victory Real Estate Group's plans for the Victory Shops at Saginaw conform to the existing zoning of Community Commercial and Multi Family. When Victory Real Estate Group acquired the property, the legal entitlements were already in place. Their vision was to use what was already in place to create a sustainable development that would integrate with Saginaw, Texas' long-term urban plan.
