With what goals does Victory Real Estate Group starts the Victory Shops at Saginaw project?

At Victory Real Estate Group, we understand that the life of a city doesn't run on spreadsheets alone. That's why each project we take on is approached with the goal of achieving an optimal balance between regeneration and innovation, thereby creating a positive ripple effect that benefits both existing residents and incoming investors alike. By pushing for progress and prosperity hand in hand, we strive to foster eco-friendly and equitable cities – because when it comes to leaving our mark on communities around the country, money isn't everything.

Our emphasis is on community revitalization and tenant impact, with a goal of maximizing the non-monetary value that our buildings bring to specific communities. We design our properties with social awareness in mind, prioritizing community goals and values to ensure a positive impact on the surrounding areas. Through this approach we strive that neighborhoods are made better as the result of a development project being located there - job creation by adding neighborhood resources that didn’t exist before such as health infrastructure.

While these projects are making a real difference in our cities, the more projects that introduce social impact components, the more we can work together to address unemployment, food insecurity, homelessness and rising rents across DFW metroplex areas while changing its commercial development narrative from being over-taxed and over-regulated to one of being innovative—positioning itself for long-term and sustainable growth while encouraging smart development and creating dialogues between commercial developers and its communities.
